WHY!? we discuss this in my major...the problem is you have underqualified people teaching an understaffed and under-budgeted program called PE.... with major reform, mandatory attendance, and some government help thered be alot of people graduating with my degree qualfiied to make PE worthwhile.... what kind of reform? and why should attendance be necessary? what if someone were already getting lots of exercise on their own.. such as playing a sport or something.. |
