Is there anything you do before you go to bed, like kiss yo momma goodnight? Or check to make sure you have enough cereal for breakfast the next morning? Or double check your alarm clock?

If I really can't sleep I put my head at the foot of the bed with my duvet under my lower back. I have no idea why it works.
