Is there anything you do before you go to bed, like kiss yo momma goodnight? Or check to make sure you have enough cereal for breakfast the next morning? Or double check your alarm clock?

I do the basic things like brush my teeth and all that and listen to music/play games on my iPod to help me fall asleep.
