Why isn't it considered racist to have special "black" events such as black history month, black rodeos, black beauty pageants, etc.

If there were special white events, people would think that's racist.

And why would an all white TV station, church, or magazine be racist. Why is it racist for a white employer to not have any black employees, but not racist for a black employer to not have any white employees? I really do want real answers. I want to know why white people are always called racist for everything, but if the shoe was on the other foot, it would be fine. No degrading answers please. I am seriously asking this.

I love the white people and I appreciate their hard work in today's society. My white neighbor, Samuel Einhardt once came into my store and helped me with a lot of work. Also, white people approach things non-violently compared to the people who come to my store a lot trying to get away without getting caught by my small Chinese eyes. Look, my eyes may be small but I can see everything! Can monkeys understand that?

I think it would be a bit too much to have a white history month. Is it racist to have a black history month? Well, no, but I think it is a bit over-the-top since black people have history in every month, as do all other races, so I do not see why we celebrate that particular race for an entire month, but we do not celebrate any others like that.

Well, I think it's stupid to think of it racist either way. I think the most qualified person should get the job, regardless of race. If it happens to be a black person, that's fine. If it happens to be a white person, that's okay, too. I never really thought of it being racist for a company to not have a certain race working for them. It's only racist in my mind if that company refuses to hire a certain race. If they just don't happen to have anyone black or white at that time, that's perfectly fine with me.
