I am going to learn how to start cooking. I am the type of person that likes a lot of Italian and Spanish food. I am open to trying different things though. What are some cookbooks/recipe websites? THANKS ARJUNA!

Although IMO, Chris Kimball has a very picky/expensive tongue therefore he sometimes he tends to go with something that is more epicurean friendly over maybe something that the mainstream cook would be happy with just as well. |
