First thing, I'm having problems centering my header for some reason. Actually, I have no idea how to do it?

Also, how do I get rid of the weird border/background image that is on there?

It keeps trying to get me to log into your cPanel, so I can't look at the source code. :\

In the stylesheet, find h3 and add this to it:
text-align: center;

You might have to edit the h3 link style, too.

Find this in the template, delete it. It'll get rid of the Kubric background.
<style type="text/css" media="screen">

#page { background: url("http://theramblingwoman.rachelplafchan.com/wp-content/themes/default/images/kubrickbg-ltr.jpg") repeat-y top; border: none; }

</style>
