Going out as a family Options

Do you guys go out with your family (parents and siblings) to dinner or to the movies? My family and I go out when we can (it's pretty difficult because my grandma lives with us and we can't be out for a long time or walk too much otherwise her legs will start to bother her) and when we do it's pretty chill. I mean we're joking around and stuff but sometimes I get annoyed because my brother can act like a jerk, giving us attitude and acting like he doesn't want to be there. But I try and make the most of it because a lot of my friends don't really go out with their families. But, so do you go out with your family? Do you all get along?

My parents, siblings and I usually go out together at least once a week. Usually it goes just fine. I like family time, but sometimes there will be some mishaps that'll upset my parents or someone. My little brother's five so he throws fits sometimes, but besides that it's fun.
