I gave up on the vector girl I was making for my portfolio site because I just couldn't get it to look how I wanted to. I decided to stick with something I'm a little more experienced with for my newest design idea.
Here's the original sketch I did. The right eye is screwy 'cause I messed it up when I tried to fix all the smudging and there are a million other little errors. It was a quick sketch, so forgive me. And here's the lineart I did just to make the painting a lot easier. Finished painting. |

Aww, she's adorable. I agree with everyone else about the eyes, too. I can't wait to see the finished product. I know it will be good.
