Profile 2.0 replacing nav bar help |

Hey well I stumbled upon some dudes profile recently and I wanted to do something similar to what he did on his profile. Instead of the original navbar he has an image that contains only some of the nav bar links. I need help in hiding the other links in the navbar just as he did and also putting the image in that position with working links.

The white right there is where the transparent gif would be. Just have it like that so it can be visible. Most of it has already gone under the top image. |
