Energy drinks vs. Coffee/tea |

Honestly I love all but the one I drink the most would have to be mocha loca monster energy drinks to keep me up through the day.
So what keeps you up through the day? What do you prefer? If not any why? |

i don't really drink any energy drinks during the day
i mean do they even work?? How can you feel this energy during the day?? A good night sleep and i do some stretches in the morning- that keeps me going |

Coffee or tea you don't know if it's fresh. |
