I hope both classes can be completely learned from the "not-lecture." my tendency to fall asleep inhibits my ability to learn in class :(

I use to sleep durning all my lectures until i took hemotology/serology and actually needed to know the material since it wasn't straight from our books. My system was just to write down every single thing that came out of that womens mouth. I was suprised how much stuff i had missed when i re-read my notes.
