I need a tutorial for GIMP that shows you how to pixelate parts of images.
I want to pixelate this image but i don't know how. If anyone knows how then please help me. ^^ Image I'd like to pixelate. Please help me. Thanks in advance(: |

So you are saying, Open it in GIMP, create a new layer, pixalate that layer, then change the opacity of the new layer, right?
