I'm opening a blog/portfolio site for myself, and I planned on having a vector girl resembling myself on the layout. Well, she wasn't looking like me from the start, so I gave up on that completely and changed the design. Right now I'm stuck because I don't like the way the head looks at all anymore, but I love how everything else turned out.

Ok, that's good. I was about to bang my head on the desk because I thought the body looked fine and didn't want to have to fix that too.
