It's not even a reminder man. It used to be a ting asking me to register or something but now none of the links or buttons even work.
heres what it looks like.  Who knows hot to get rid of it? Do i need to edit some registry or delete some files? |

No. Just randomly. I would know if it ran on start up. I have disabled a lot of stuff. This computer came with a bunch of preinstalled dell stuff so i guess they added it.
actually i disabled some more dell stuff and i think it may be the source. |
