Band Profile Question, CSS Issues Between Screen Resolutions Options

First I'd like to say the band tutorial was awesome. I actually wrote a lot of the code myself and placed it into the bio section for the band page. I have not tackled all of the CSS for Internet Explorer but I will as soon as I make sure Firefox works correctly. I have viewed my page on my Macbook (Firefox) and it looks right and on my PC (Windows 7 & Firefox) it's off about 90px at the top. Please view here: http://www.myspace.com/isould

Well I did not want the actual layout to be above the actual navigation banner and ads. I will move it down with hopes it'll appear correctly on wide screens. I checked a few other pc's out and the same thing happens. Please see attached image.
