Does anyone know how long it would take for the chest to gain muscle? I'm working out trying to build up my chest but it feels like i'll never get the body I want.

Moobs will go away from losing body fat. You can't build muscle and lose fat simultaneously, so you have to decide on one weight goal.
You definitely should not focus on your chest and arms, even if they're more of a problem area. Training your whole body will incite more growth hormone and testosterone release. |

Fo' Cheeezy. i asked his age becuase i think it matters in regards to cb. there's people here who are 12 or 13 who have asked similar things and i don't think 13 year olds should train the same or expect the same as a grown dude necessarily. maybe i'm wrong, i'm just speaking from my own personal experience. i thought i gained more muscle and got way more toned looking after i hit puberty and grew. thumbsup.gif he's 17 anyway though so it's no big deal. Nah even 10 year olds can train. Training does no harm, just so long as the person training is responsible, and that takes patience and practice. |
