Does anyone know how long it would take for the chest to gain muscle? I'm working out trying to build up my chest but it feels like i'll never get the body I want.

Then how do you expect to gain muscle? Muscle is weight. If you're gaining muscle, then you're bulking.
Whatever your weight goals are, you should be eating at least five meals a day so your metabolic and thermogenic rates don't slow. If you eat four 400 calorie meals instead of two 800 calorie meals your body will use more of the food as energy instead of storing what is left over as adipose tissue (fat) through lipogenesis, the production of more body fat. |
