Does anyone know how long it would take for the chest to gain muscle? I'm working out trying to build up my chest but it feels like i'll never get the body I want.

Age doesn't matter..

All that matters is that you train. And by training chest everyday, that won't help, in endurance, yes, but not muscle size.

Not only training of course but also eating healthy (healthy calories), but also eating at least 500+ more calories than your maintenance calories.

Also after training, make sure to chug down a protein shake at least 30 minutes after your workout. From my understanding a window opens up between 30-60 minutes after your workout in which your muscles absorbs a lot more, thus is why many athletes, including bodybuilders tend to throw a scoop of creatine or two into their post work out protein shake.

Like Reidar said, do a 3 day split. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, or Saturday.

Oh and by the way, getting 8-10 hours of sleep every day is best for getting results, whether losing weight or gaining weight.

One thing I must warn, it is highly recommended that you bump up your h2o intake as well, especially if you decide to throw some creatine into your diet.

Got it . Oh, I only eat like one meal a day and I get full fast will that have an effect on anything for like the calorie intake?

eating one meal a day indicates that you do not get enough protein or cals to even begin building muscle mass. it would be a worthless cause to work out on that diet.
