Friends & Comments Section on DIV Layout, I'm Lost Options

So I had been trying to figure this out for the past 3 days, while on the search for my answer I found this forum, and it looks like you guys know what youre doing. So I created a DiV layout Layout Im Working On as you guys can see there's a black space at the bottom which I left there to put the friends & comments section there inside a scrolling box.

So far nothing has worked and I cant figure out what Im doing wrong. Here is my code everything is in the about me section if that helps,maybe you guys can help me with this lil problem? Any help will be really appreciated. Thanks

First of all, look for this at the bottom of your codes:

Replace it with this:

Then, position the Friends and Comments section using this code:

Replace the number signs on the top and margin-left properties with values according to where you want the Friends and Comments sections positioned. Then replace the pound symbol on the width property with how wide you want them to be.
