I have Arcsoft 4 and I am working with a clipart picture I acquired from the internet to use. I'm trying to match an existing background color thats in the picture and duplicate it on an object thats already in the picture but has a different color. How do I do that?

Well, I've honestly never heard of that program and I have a feeling nobody else has used it, so I'll try to help you with what I know from other programs.

Make a new layer and use the eyedrop tool to select the color that you want. Color over the object you want changed. Set that layer to Color and there you go.

That may have been no help at all, but it's worth a shot.
