Gays pushing their views on the Church Options

What's mind boggling is the double standard. Gays and pro-gays want everyone to accept homosexuality... if not we're considered homophobes and bigots.


People are going to have to accept that everyone is different. We don't NEED to like anything just because you do or you say we should. That's just silly.

That's great, except that homophobes aren't accepting that everyone is different, and they're encouraging political policies (such as Proposition 8 in California) that actively alienate a whole group of people.

No one says that you have to like homosexuality, just that you should accept the fact that people are different, that homosexuals aren't doing anything to personally harm you, and there's no need to treat them as second-class citizens that don't have the same rights as heterosexuals.

(I actually don't think that churches should be forced to marry gays, either, but that's because I have a strongly libertarian view on personal rights, and I feel that the government shouldn't be involved in marriage at all -- I feel that every union should be a civil union. But that's another discussion.)

Us gay haters have to put up with the fact that gays deserve their rights... to exist, but they don't deserve our respect, just like we don't expect them to respect us for our views. And... lol to think that they can go to a Church.. or a Mosque... or even a Synagogue to get married is laughable.


Fact of the matter is... there's more people who dislike gays than there is gays and pro-homos.. You want to bring this political thing into your post, ok.. that's fine, but guess what? We have the right to vote for or against anything, here in the U.S., INCLUDING gays. They want to get married? Find a state that will support them, if not leave the country get married and have your homo-honeymoon there, then come back.

Those homos and pro-homos are lucky they don't live in the M.E. where homosexuality or the promotion of homosexuality is not tolerated and is quickly rid of, literally. And they're lucky that here in the U.S. we even acknowledge them instead of ridding them.

Be happy with what you have gays... because that's the most you're gonna get out of this nation.
