I thought that there was a topic for this (maybe it was a different forum, or folks were talking about it in the Heroes thread, since Sylar is Spock).
I'm budget tight, so I'll probably wait to NetFlix it, but I'll definitely watch the movie somehow. I'm not sure how 'hardcore' fans will react, since they are either unhealthily attached or will watch and love anything related to the franchise. I've seen all the other franchise related movies. Most are good, with "The Wrath of Khan" being my favorite. It's just so much campy fun. As an aside, I know A LOT of people who have watched Star Trek but not Star Wars (and vice versa). It sometimes feels like the Rolling Stones VS The Beatles thing, where some people don't listen to one because of loyalty to the other. People are weird sometimes. haha |
