The brief: Illustrative designs of the Jack, Queen, King of each of the four suits. And each suit will be represented by a season as well. So each suit of Jack, Queen, King will be drawn to reflect the season that it represents.
Diamonds: Winter / Hearts: Summer / Clubs: Spring / Spade: Fall Updated previews of Jacks and Queens. Kings are in production and can be seen at the end of the thread. ![]() ![]() |

Thanks, that's been fixed. King of Clubs of Spring (first draft): http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v316/Pep...clubsspring.jpg I think it looks a little odd to have his arms colored so differently. If you're going to do that, it might make more sense for his outer arm to be darker and the underside of his arm to be paler, since that's how most people's skin is. I also feel like the upside-down effect doesn't work as well as in your other cards, maybe because the kings are straight up and down instead of diagonal. Yeah, I agree. Also, I think you messed up again on adding the white strip to the 'hat'. It still looks pretty good though. ![]() |
