Band Profile Div to cover everything Options

I've been trying to set this band myspace page to have a div overlay that covers everything, starting just under the myspace links, with a black background. I have been able to cover part of the profile, but the most recent thing that I tried just deleted my image map that I am trying to put in there, too!

Help please? Thank you!

that hides everything on your music profile, except for the friends, comments, navigation and music player. if you want to hide the friends and comments, get rid of the last two lines.

to make the background black, just adjust the body properties:
