Your opinion on pre-marital sex? Options

I don't know if there is a topic already similar to this. If so, I apologize.

I would just like to know what people's thoughts are on pre-marital sex?
Is it ohkay? Bad?

Honestly, I think it's ohkay. In my opinion, people should be able to live life the way they wish. If someone wants to have sex before marriage, go ahead. But, if a person wants to wait until marriage, there's nothing wrong with that either. I just find it weird how some people can make a big deal out of it.

The same goes for the first time one has sex. I honestly didn't find it that big of a deal. For me it was just "Ohkay. I'm not a virgin now... Time to go to practice." I just don't see what the big ordeal is. Yea, there's the whole "Don't waste it on someone" blahblahblah. But, wouldn't someone just not have sex with that person to begin with if he/she did not want to waste it?

I think sex before marriage is a horrible idea.. and it shows by the teen pregnancy rates and the number of STDs there are.. Im pretty sure there used to be zero. I also think sex-ed is a good idea, especially because a lot of kids nowadays dont have parental guidance. But our society is going down the shit hole and I can bet there will be 2x as many STDs in 10 years.. so, whatever.

And since when was sex before marriage exclusive to teens?

At the end of the day, rising teen pregnancy rates has little to nothing to do with pre-marital sex, and much more so to do with poor education and overall stupidity and ignorance. Your sex-ed suggestion is way better of an idea than suppressing pre-marital sex.
