Well after about two months, I'm going to change my site layout. I had an idea and just started on it to see what I would get. So far this is what I have. A few things that bug me is the top navigation and the 'slogan' (the text under the top navigation). Any ideas on what to fix? Some C&C won't hurt either.

Ugh, I think I need to see this actually coded to critique it. I have the feeling that the header, as well as the text on it, it going to be way too big.
 But, it might look different coded?
