i've been craving a steak for the longest timeeeeee.
and nothing satisfies you when you're craving a steak except STEAAAK. that said, whats your favorite kind of steak? how do you make steak? whats your favorite steakhouse? whats your favorite steak sauce? have you ever had steak with eggs? ;aSDLGKHAWLEKRJWALKEJFADSFJ mouth watering

i don't know that i have a favorite kind.
i like to season it really well with cracked black pepper, chopped garlic, kosher salt, and some other herbs and spices. i prefer to pan sear my steak and then finish it under the broiler. i like it medium well too. hmmmm, favorite steakhouse..... Fogo De Chaos but that's not really a steakhouse. so i guess Saltgrass? au jus is pretty good for steak sauce. no, take that back, pan gravy. i don't believe i've had steak with eggs. |
