People always talk about having a gaming computer but I never got what they meant. Isnt that what a xbox or playstation is for? Or are there just certain games that they play on the computer. What are some good ones and how much do they cost?

A good gaming computer can easily cost you $2000 or more. Mine was nearly three thousand.

I've stripped Windows Vista, and can easily get it to use less than 500Mb RAM. The most data intensive thing that runs on my computer while I'm gaming (other than the actual game) is Steam, which typically uses less than 16 Mb.

I'd like to switch to 64 bit XP. I could probably get that running below 100 Mb with no problems.
