Should gym class be freeform for structured?
Freeform: Goal-based standards on calorie count and progress. (More effective in theory) {or} Structured: Every one in the class follows the same program. (Easier to control) |

I don't understand why this is even a debate. The responses alone are enough to support my own beliefs that America's youth needs to have a better understanding of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
