First and last time trying this . .no wonder people charge so much to have this done lol . . i did just the basics i didnt even do any shading or anything . . .

Just look at some. The problem with this is that for example the eyebrows are just black. Vectors would have like at least a few blacks and grays in the eyebrow but it wouldn't be noticeably different.

and how exactly would u make them blend ?

It's the overlapping layers of gradually darkening/lightening shades that creates the illusion of blending. If you actually blend it, it's not a vector anymore.

I guess you could create an infinite number of layers to get a true blend, but then the point is lost. You might as well blur/smudge or straight-up digital painting.
