okay this has ALWAYs been on my mind...

how do you do these kind of pics..(GREY background and then color on one thing)


its been pissing me off how i cant do this!

im trying to do it on my pic that i have right now on my profile...(myspace, and CB)

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Uhh..use the selection tool and hit 'delete'? You can also just use the eraser tool. I think there's a tutorial around here.

It's pretty much like this:

01. Open up your image.

02. Duplicate the layer.

03. Make the the duplicated layer black&white or grayscale.

04. Erase/delete the parts of the black&white duplicated layer that you want to show in color. So when you erase it, it shows the color from the bottom layer.

05. Merge the two layers and you're done.

It's simple. tongue.gif Oh, and this is called Selective Coloring.
