He actually believes that an underage kid would just randomly decide to take an innocent picture of their naked body for shits and giggles or for their memory... no. This is quite laughable. There's intentions behind it... it is the intentions that are put on the scale. The action taken AFTER the image was created. So it's simple to understand. It's not illegal to take a simple nude picture of yourself. It is the intentions behind taking that nude picture. You guys are f*ckin silly with it. |
