i was thinking that i don't understand why lotion costs so much. i was looking at it yesterday and most of it cost like 7-15 bucks. i've gotten the expensive stuff before and i've never been able to tell any difference between it and walgreens 99 cent aloe vera stuff i don't think.
they tryin to play ![]() ![]() 99 cents takes care of my ashy self just fine why do you think it costs more? do you see a difference? how much does your cost? what do you use? unless you're male then i probably don't care that much what you use, but you can tell me anyway just for kicks. i wanna know how many people buy expensive stuff vs not. |

Oh man, finding a good lotion is my life. I have a cheap ass big bottle of Queen Helene which was okay in the Summer and Fall, but Winter was a bitch because it wasn't hydrating enough, so I bought a $20 body butter from Body Shop which was amazing. I find the more expensive lotions in general to be more hydrating than the cheap stuff, like some Aveeno sunscreen I had was way more hydrating than the Vaseline lotion (not the petroleum jelly) that I normally use.
Right now I'm interning with a nonprofit that has its own line of shea butter body care products (the money they get from the sales goes to funding their nonprofit activities) but I haven't been able to try it yet. My boss has the most amazing skin tone ever so I assume the product is amazing. |
