Band Banners, Need help with backgrounds for banners |

Ok, well i'm making a banner for my band. And i have no clue what to put in the background or what effects and such are attractive. I have no clue what people like to see in banners and makes them good. It's two pictures, me and my friends, I can post the pictures if that will help. Thanks guys.

Ok, i took yall's advice, and made 1 look grungy and vintage, here it is: I kinda think it needs text or something, it doesn't seem to be finished?
 Also, if i were to photoshop the other band member into this photo would that work? like put him further down the wall? |
