Band Banners, Need help with backgrounds for banners |

Ok, well i'm making a banner for my band. And i have no clue what to put in the background or what effects and such are attractive. I have no clue what people like to see in banners and makes them good. It's two pictures, me and my friends, I can post the pictures if that will help. Thanks guys.

Ok, i've checked out all of those images, and so, i've decided to do my own photoshoot, i'm outside right now haha, and i'm have a tripod set up, and i'm taking pics of me and my diff guitars, i'm uploading them to photobucket when i finish a batch, i have a bunch now, and if you'd like to help me pick the best ones, that'd be great, heres the photobucket link: http://s552.photobucket.com/albums/jj348/T...r%20Photoshoot/
