IPOD HELP, Anyone? |

I didn't know where to post this but this seemed to be just as good a place as any so yeah. My friends Ipod says do not disconnect and has the blinking thing on top and the computer doesn't notice it is connected. I've tried disk mode and it still doesn't work. My computer once noticed "new hardware" when I connected the ipod and told me to restart but nothing changed. Can someone help?

I had this exact problum.
Does he have USB 1.0 or 2.0? If he has 1.0 It will not work... tell him to go thru a firewire. Also he might need a special USB cable that can be bought... PM me or AIM for more help... I know all about it. |
