New Web Layout - Opinions Needed, Made this and recently got it put together...somewhat. Options

Well let me begin by saying that I'm not sure what I should do with this. I like the concept and I'm excited that I was finally able to import my blog into my flash site through somewhat unorthodox methods but nonetheless that isn't what I'm here for. I don't know if I should make the whole webpage scroll or keep the scroll box as it is right now (you'll know what I'm talking about when you see the website). Also I don't know if I should keep the tabs at the top (aka the Links) where they are or if I should move them and/or change them (their shape, color, size, etc). I'm not certain on the background either. I think that's it other than that if you find any glitches with the flash please tell me so I can fix it since I do like to have my flash creations to be in working and stable condition (i'm pretty anal so if you notice anything tell me...I'm serious).

Well I think I got the resolution issues fixed after a lot of messing around with my Action Script. I also changed the background into something else. I haven't gotten either of the two sets of links positioned in the right place since I'm not sure what I want to do with them. Other than that I think everything should be working fine so If you happen to drop by my site and find some bug or error then tell me so I can be aware of it. Thanks for all the reply's.

I can see what you're saying about the resolution I think I'll make the whole page scroll instead of the blog/main content section itself. I wasn't sure what to do with the links (i.e. the ones at the top), so I just threw those in. I'll work on that as well. Well for now that's all I'll do (need to take it one step at a time x.x; ).

Also could you tell me what you meant by that or clarify? Maybe take a screen shot =X ?
