Yes, you named things to do.. too many school cafeterias serve too much junk food.. that needs to be changed.. physical education should be required.. because though some people get exercise on their own.. quite a few others do not.. I mean.. part of obesity is genetic.. but a lot of it is in lifestyle.. you could also implement instruction programs on eating healthy.. though I'm not sure what good that would do.. the main thing is.. that the individual must take an active part.. they themselves must force a change.. in order to see one |
