getting app to show up in profile Options

I just changed my profile on my myspace, but how can i get my app to show up? I have the photo veiwer app, it showed up in my old profile but i did that so long ago i'm not sure if i had to paste a code in or not. could someone help me?

Assuming you closed off the right hand tables correctly, you'd then open a div.
Hide the friends and comments separately, and it should leave you with the app in a positionable div.
