When I get nervous I break out in this red, blotchy rash on my neck and chest area.
What happens to you when you get nervous? |

My Fight-or-flight response kicks in.
My heart beats rapidly and thunderous. My underarms bring down a line of sweat. My senses become more alert. Vision increases, the pussy in my eyes is clearly visible as my body tightens up.  Everything feels intense. I take deep breaths to calm myself and grasp the situation. |
