xbox controller help, it wont f*cking sync |

I cant get my controller to connect with my xbox. I don't even know why it's doing this in the first place, it's not a new remote.
 I am starting to vary much dislike my xbox  Hope I posted this in the right place..

^I read that too. But the thing is this is a new console I got from when I sent my old one in when it got the 3 red light thing. That was a few months ago.
