Centering friends in Band Layout Options

I have my site almost finished and the only thing I need to do is:

1. Center the friends right above the comments
2. Also, how do I resize a youtube video to be smaller than the options youtube allows you to do on their page? Each time I change both parameters it still shows up the regular size.

two mistakes i see:

lines 9 & 10 of the code in band members, display:visible; isn't a valid property in CSS:
