Ok the headphone jacked of my iPod is janked and only plays mono sound. I was looking around online and it seems pretty expensive to fix this without taking the iPod apart yourself and replacing the jack. Unless one of you ninjas know a better way of going about this.
Otherwise, what's a good new iPod to get.

Take it to an Apple Store. When my iPod broke, I brought it to the Apple store and they gave me a newer iPod for free as my replacement.
