I have no idea how to dance. And I'm going to Sadies.
 A LITTLE HELP! How are you supposed to start out? Do you just go like.. let's dance? Or..?

Just feel the beat. Its easier if you know the song. Kinda rock to it. Once you start to really feel it, put your back in motion. But always stay on beat. Its hard to teach someone to dance. Especially since I dont dance much. Dont get me wrong. I can dance. I just dont.
