Help! Having trouble making a custom band layout |

Hello there, i have just joined, because i need a bit of help. I made a layout in photoshop, and i spent a ton of time on it, so i'd like to get it up for my band, however, i have absolutely no clue how to do the div overlay (i think that's what it is) And i thought maybe some nice designers could help me out. The image is below, and if someone could either show me how to do it, or if you'd like to, you can do it for me

Ok, i have the music player position and everything, now i need to slice it, and instead of messing with the divs for the tables, can i just add the text i want into the .psd file, then replace my old one that i have set now? Then if i need to update, just change the .psd?
