Help! Having trouble making a custom band layout |

Hello there, i have just joined, because i need a bit of help. I made a layout in photoshop, and i spent a ton of time on it, so i'd like to get it up for my band, however, i have absolutely no clue how to do the div overlay (i think that's what it is) And i thought maybe some nice designers could help me out. The image is below, and if someone could either show me how to do it, or if you'd like to, you can do it for me

Hmm well pretty much i'd like my profile to look exactly like the image i added, so i think that means, i want: Contact table, about us, info, and the music player is going to go down below in that empty space, also, i'm not sure if this is needed, but i don't really want the boxes like regular, i just want the text to go into the boxes i made. Sorry if this didn't really make sense lol i'm having a hard time
