Help! Having trouble making a custom band layout Options

Hello there, i have just joined, because i need a bit of help. I made a layout in photoshop, and i spent a ton of time on it, so i'd like to get it up for my band, however, i have absolutely no clue how to do the div overlay (i think that's what it is) And i thought maybe some nice designers could help me out. The image is below, and if someone could either show me how to do it, or if you'd like to, you can do it for me Haha thanks sooo much guys. I really think it turned out nice, and i really want this to work out

Wow, questions already lol, well, i put the code at the bottom in to hide the profile, and comments, and for some reason the comments didn't hide? Do you know if i used the wrong code?
