my brother makes fun of me about how that movie is a chick movie. i love it though it makes me laugh a ton for some reason. so i'm going to read the book.

yeah i've heard the book is way better so i'm looking forward to that since i liked the movie so much. a friend and i are always saying how we feel like watching the movie. it's just so f*cking funny to me. i felt this same way with legally blonde, i watched it like every other day for weeks when i had mono and would laugh hysterically. i guess that could have been cause i had a fever and was delirious though.

this will be a nice break from all the serious non fiction books i'm always reading.

what are some things that you like that uncharacteristic or unexpected?


like for instance when people see me, a big black dude, i doubt that they are like oh yeah i bet that guy likes the devil wears prada, legally blonde, and the hills. what are some things about you like that are unexpected? or are you just one of those annoyingly boring people who only like shit that you're "supposed" to like? be honest

Well, I personally was surprised to find out that I actually like coffee, after resisting it for a year years.

As far as other people go, I think people would be -- or are -- surprised to find out that I frequently watch -- and enjoy -- What Not to Wear.

yeah me too, i used to watch it every week or something, i haven't in forever though. clinton > stacy. stacy is really annoying to me.

me either. i don't like how stacy refers to a lot of things. also sometimes, or most times really, her criticism is really over the top and comes off as trying too hard. oh and another thing, i don't get why they throw ALL their clothes away and only buy 5 outfits to replace all of it. i don't believe they really get rid of all those clothes.

Yea they actually get rid of all of their clothes except the ones they find that are fine to keep. The clothes they do put in the garbage on the show they actually donate. Also they do get a lot of clothes for $5000 they just don't show you all of it and there is a lot of behind the scenes stuff that happens on this show that we don't get to see and they do spend a lot of time with the people they choose for the show.

But yea, I don't like stacy either.


And I typically don't come off as someone that would watch the show Gossip Girls but I love it, I have seen every episode and I can't miss it. I love almost all of the shows on TLC too. I watch all the baby shows and the shows about the families and such.
