Ok heres a mixtape cover im in the process of making . . . but not only do i need feed on the work i also need your opinion on which version to use as the front cover . . .
Heres the FRONT COVER VERSION 1 ![]() VERSION 2 ![]() BACK COVER ![]() The client actually likes version 1 better but i personally prefer version 2 for the front cover . . . the back cover is set . . i just need to add the real tracklist not a fake one lol . . but ya i need help on deciding which version to use for the front cover . . . i think it looks decent for the most part.
my first complaint is the font choice for "The Oracle". that's a random choice that i don't think fits the theme, and besides that papyrus is an extremely overused font. i would personally steer clear of papyrus at all costs because, well, it's kinda cheesy in my opinion. i just don't really get why you chose a font like that to put next to such a clean font. if that's what he wants though then that's what he wants. i would go with the first version, it looks a lot better. my complaint with the second version is that the background and the guy don't match. you can see the background has a bit of brown tint almost to it, where as the guy is straight black and white completely desaturated. it makes him look out of place and even more obvious that he was stuck over another background. the background image also looks better quality than the actual image of the guy so that's also not helping it look seamless. |
