Navigation look problem |

I have tried to do other layouts before and never had this problem.
My Navigation look, you know the background color isn't going the way I want it. It is only big to the length of the word. It looks like this:  So please if anyone can, help, what am I doing wrong? I want it to look even. |

Setting the links to block display should give you the result you're looking for. Make the links look like this:
CODE <a href="URL" style="display:block;">LINK</a> That should do it. |
